Chiengora
A little explanation
Spinning dog hair predates historical records and features in the archeology of prehistoric Scandanavia and also features in the culture of the Navajo Americans.
The name Chiengora originates a contraction of the french word for dog "Chien" and angora which is the spun yarn from rabbits.
Dog hair is highly insulating and is considered comparable to cashmere and angora.
Collected during the regular grooming of your dog it is usually considered a waste material.
